Requirements

  • Graduation & Certification

    • Complete Foundations coursework

    • 48 hours of direct training:

      • Intensive 1: 20 hrs

      • Intensive 2: 16 hrs

      • Masterclass 1: 3 hrs

      • Masterclass 2: 3 hrs

      • BIz Dev Workshop 1 : 3 hrs

      • Biz Dev Workshop 2 : 3 hrs

    • Complete coaching calls with your faculty coach

    • Complete “The Transformational Workbook”

    • Mid-point Coaching Review (feedback on your recorded coaching calls)

    • Receive 2 client endorsements

    • Demonstrate to a passing degree accurate functional knowledge of key concepts and tools used in Meta Performance Coaching, including

      • Definition of full participation

      • Meta-Performance pyramid

      • Intuitive fence

      • Growth Process

      • Trust process

      • Giving Feedback Process

      • Receiving Feedback process

      • Anatomy of a racket

      • Be-Do-Have

      • Funnel of specificity

      • Definition of integrity

    • Receive 2 recommendations for certification by the Board of Review Coaches

    • Unrequired hours: Consulting Hours - up to 22 hrs

  • Keeping Certification Current: 

    • Certified coaches must maintain the following to retain their MPI certification, which requires renewal 3 years after the issuance date

    • Complete at least 150 hrs of coaching between issuance and renewal

    • Submit a report of having received at least 50 hours of their own coaching along with contact information of their personal coach. 

    • At least 10 hours of continued education in transformative coaching which may include: 

      • Attending a Meta Performance Summit*

      • Mentor coaching from a MPI faculty member or MPI Certified Mentor Coach*

      • Participation in a MPI Mastermind group*

      • Participation in other approved coaching training programs*

      • $300 renewal fee

    • Graduate Foundations with Meta Performance Certification

    • Receive Endorsements on Coaching Ability from Two Novus Global Coaches (partner level or higher)

    • Generate at least $2500/month in coaching revenue within Foundations or $4000/month in revenue after completing Foundations

    • Once these things have been completed, you will receive an invitation to interview with David Miller, Novus Global Chief Expansion Officer, to discuss mutual fit, make sure you're clear on the commitment to own a Novus Global franchise, and plan next steps for making your own empowered decision.
