FOUNDATIONS AT A GLANCE

Month 1 : Exploring and Experiencing Vision -- setting your own vision and holding vision calls for others.

Month 2 : Deepening in vision, getting reps, coaching 101 -- transitioning from having vision calls to coaching clients toward their visions.

Month 3 : Loving the Gap -- collecting as much feedback as you can on your coaching calls, exploring specific ways that you're getting in your own way.

Month 4 & 5 : Be Bold -- becoming whoever you need to become to accomplish what you're committed to; exploring what you're capable of; expanding your practice and creating renewals; making bold requests.

Intensive 1

Setting your own vision and an introduction to the tools and resources to start inviting potential clients into Vision and Coaching calls.

Business Development Workshop 1

  • Marketing / Strategy Phase 1: Create perceived authority

  • Sales: Intake conversations

  • Sales: How do we talk about the money?

 

Foundations Masterclass 1

The content of the Masterclasses are tailored to each cohort.

 

Intensive 2

Live coaching rounds and feedback from the cohort and faculty.  You will be asked to invite someone for a live coaching (via zoom). Come ready to coach and to give and receive feedback.

Culmination

A time for us to celebrate all of your accomplishments throughout your time in Foundations.

YOUR COACHING EXPERIENCE

Executive Coaching:

You will be connected with a Novus Global coach for Executive Coaching alongside 1-2 additional Foundations Participants throughout your time in Foundations. You will receive 3, 50-minute coaching calls per month and will be introuduced to your coach via email prior to Intensive 1 with the intent to start coaching at any time following Intensive 1.

Peer Coaching:

An internal pro-bono coaching exchange where you will coach someone in the cohort and someone in the cohort will coach you for 3, 30-minute sessions per month.  This is an opportunity to log coaching hours and to leverage the coaching for feedback in developing your coaching ability.

You can expect assigments for your peer coaching to be communicated following Intensive 1 with coaching to start approximately 1 month into the program and run through the remainder of Foundations.

OTHER MEETINGS

Consulting Hours :

Each week you have the opportunity to drop in to a zoom call for consulting questions and for live coaching/feedback. This is a great time to connect with others in the cohort as well as to provide access to your lead team for questions, consulting and coaching time. 

Consulting Hours are offered once a week. You will receive a calendar invite for this recurring call time. Consulting Hours are optional but highly encouraged.

Ops Office Hours :

Each week you have the opportunity to drop in to a zoom call with someone from the MPI Ops team to assist with any Ops related questions you may have. This time is optional and you are free to drop in via zoom at any point during the call offering. You are encouraged to use this time to bring any questions you may have regarding anything that is not specifically related to coaching. 

Ops Office hours are offered once a week. You will receive a calendar invite for this recurring call time. Ops Office Hours are optional and are in place to support your operational questions/needs.
